Mr. Cooperstock is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he majored in Mathematics and Computer Science. His career has involved leading multi-disciplined technical teams in support of the Departments of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
