(TSX, AIM: JTV). This multi- year strategic relationship leverages SIVOO's CEDR technology platform to create Video-On-Demand (VOD) assets from JumpTV's extensive streaming content offering of over 10,000 live sports events per year from over 175 sports properties and 250 channels from 70+ countries.

SIVOO will turn a large portion of high-demand Sports and Latin American content from JumpTV into Video-On-Demand and will manage the distribution of this video to JumpTV and their partners.
