Resort Clubs International, Inc. and Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc. Form Marketing Alliance Related to PGA TOUR(R) Superstores

Resort Clubs International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RTCI) has announced that it has entered into a strategic marketing alliance agreement with Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc., currently operating PGA TOUR(R) Superstores in four major markets across the United States.

Under the proposed agreement, Resort Clubs International, Inc. will initially offer patrons of the PGA TOUR Superstores in the Atlanta, Georgia area the opportunity to purchase any of its proprietary golf membership and travel programs. These unique travel golf programs provide privileged access to national and international golf clubs and resorts.

One of RTCI's programs, the Ambassador Club, offers its members three valuable travel service benefits: a national and international reciprocal program with world-class golf courses, member rates at top hotels and exclusive resorts around the world and a concierge service to coordinate the itineraries for the members.

The agreement with Golf & Tennis Pro Shop provides for a "Golf Lifestyle Center" to be set up at each of the four stores in the Atlanta market where patrons of the stores can visit and explore various options for golf travel, regional and national memberships and travel related services with trained specialists. The addition of this service is in line with the philosophy of providing a one-stop shopping environment for all the needs of a golfer.

PGA TOUR Superstores are working to set the new standard for golf merchandising with store facilities ranging from 50,000 to 75,000 square feet to provide the avid golfer with the most complete line of soft goods, golf services and equipment in their locations.

In consideration for the retail opportunity, RTCI will issue warrants to Golf & Tennis Pro Shop to allow it to purchase a significant ownership interest in RTCI, subject to all required approvals.
