Cellcom Israel Ltd. Launched its 3 Million Cellular Subscribers Celebrations

Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (the "Company") launched today its 3 millionth subscriber celebrations, after exceeding 3 million cellular subscribers. The Company's last reported number of subscribers (as of June 30, 2007), was 2.96 million cellular subscribers.
