MedeFile International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDFI), a leader in portable electronic medical records management, today announced that it has signed a non-exclusive partnering agreement with Schwabe Benefits Group, a full service, independent insurance agency offering a complete menu of innovative employee benefit solutions to businesses, employees and individuals throughout Florida. At the time of each agency subscriber's annual benefits review and renewal process, Schwabe Benefits Group will introduce and advocate member subscription to MedeFile's electronic medical records management system.

Founded in 1965, Schwabe Benefits Group operates affiliate offices located in Miami, Sunrise, Brandon and Lake Wales, Florida and serves nearly 10,000 employees, family members and individuals. Founder and Chairman Robert Schwabe noted, "In light of prevailing technology advances that are changing how insurance programs and employee benefits are marketed and administered in today's electronic age, we believe it is simply a matter of time before electronic transfer and online management of medical records becomes the industry standard. Schwabe Benefits Group is intent on taking the lead in driving mainstream adoption of electronic medical records management. In this regard, we are very pleased to be partnering with MedeFile to promote its comprehensive, user friendly and cost effective solution as the industry preferred solution."

Neil Schwabe, President of Neil Schwabe & Associates, an affiliate of Schwabe Benefits Group, added, "Aside from the obvious benefits that MedeFile offers individuals seeking to take control of their own medical records, we believe that many employers will find that MedeFile can prove to be a valuable company-sponsored employee benefit as part of an overall benefits package."

"MedeFile is delighted to welcome Schwabe Benefits Group to our growing national network of strategic alliance partners. With a long standing and distinguished reputation for delivering trustworthy, hands-on service and innovative employee benefits solutions to its clients, Schwabe is sure to prove to be an outstanding marketing partner for MedeFile," stated Milton Hauser, Chairman and CEO of MedeFile International, Inc.
