China Sourcing Fairs Expand to India, Bringing Specialized Trade Shows for Electronics and Hardware & DIY to Booming Economy

Global Sources (Nasdaq: GSOL) ( http://www.globalsources.com ) is set to expand its highly successful trade show business to India with the launch of two new China Sourcing Fairs: Electronics and Hardware & DIY, expected to be held in November 2008 at the Bombay Exhibition Center in Mumbai.

Global Sources has licensed the China Sourcing Fair brand to Pico Event Management ( http://www.picoworld.com ), a subsidiary of Pico Far East Holdings Limited (SEHK: 0752), and has appointed the company to manage the events in India.

Global Sources' Executive Director, Sarah Benecke, said: "India is an important market for Global Sources exhibitors, many of whom want to sell into this booming economy.
