Automated Interiors Continues on a Path of Growth

Winston Johnson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WinSonic Digital Media Group, Ltd. (Other OTC: WDMG.OB) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Automated Interiors, LLC's penetration of the building industry is thriving and has expanded to include several multi dwelling unit's (MDUs) in metro Atlanta. "Developers and builders are able to realize higher profit margins because structured wiring used to automate homes is now perceived as a necessity in today's market," stated Mr. Johnson.

"The compelling nature of technology and its expanding capability has made advanced low voltage wiring systems an absolute necessity in every home. A quiet revolution in lifestyle is occurring because of the implementation of these state-of-the-art wired systems," stated Bill Mann, President/CEO of Automated Interiors.

Over the past 8 months, Automated Interiors has executed agreements with the Integral Group, a prominent urban development and investment company located in Atlanta, GA. Automated Interiors has also performed services for senior housing for The Veranda @ Collegetown and The Veranda @ Carver. Plans are also underway to commence work for Renaissance Walk at Sweet Auburn, which are high end lofts and condominiums located in the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic District and the Sweet Auburn National Historic District. In addition, Phase I for Stoneview Condominiums located in Dadeville, AL has been completed and work has commenced on Phase II, with the total build-out slated for mid-2008 combined total 600 units.

Automated Interiors has maintained a strong, expanding client base in the single family market, providing home automation design services and wiring installation for several Colonnade estate homes in River Oaks, a John Wieland community located outside of metro Atlanta in Fayette County. Automated Interiors is also featured in the 2007 Street of Dreams at Tributary located on metro Atlanta's affluent southwest side. The home featuring the company's automation and theater design won first place for Best All Around. M.
