Aircraft Technical Publishers (ATP) announced it has acquired the ICAP(C) Industry Compliance Assessment/Partner Service from MillenniuM Information Systems, LLC. ATP Aviation Regulatory Compliance and Safety (ATP ARCS(TM)), a wholly owned subsidiary of ATP, has been formed to offer this innovative, real time and fully integrated compliance, conformance and audit management service for Part 121 certificate holders.

"ICAP(C) is the leading edge in the developing field of regulatory oversight," said Caroline Daniels, CEO and Chairman, ATP. "This new relationship builds upon ATP's well recognized expertise in information management to serve the ICAP(C) customers. Delivering reliable, quality services that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of air carrier business operations is our top priority."

The ICAP(C) service provides the shortest pathway for gaining, managing and maintaining compliance for carriers coming under ATOS, already in ATOS or a new entrant carrier working toward certification. ICAP(C) reduces the complexity and costs of meeting compliance with Federal Air Regulations, Certification, ATOS oversight, IOSA audits, and DoD Safety checklists. Customers of ATP ARCS(TM) include leading Part 121 air carriers.

"To meet today's industry needs and challenges requires the combining of business synergies and values," said John Yagesh, Executive Vice President, ATP ARCS(TM). "Providing the industry with innovative services and offerings focused on increasing efficiency and effectiveness of air operators is our primary mission and vision within ATP ARCS(TM)."
