The Florida stores -- Naples, Fort Myers and now Sarasota -- are a family affair. Bill and Donna oversee the general operations while Keith, 29, and Douglas, 25, take care of sales, service and installation.

The combination of experience and youthful energy is working exceptionally well. The Daubmann family was honored by The News-Press with a "Best of Southwest Florida Award" in July 2006. In 2004, they won the "Entrepreneur of the Year Award" given by the Economic Development Council of Collier County.
